CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If deposit was not collected, then it will be added to the next appointment. No call/No shows will be charged 50% and after 2 no shows then I will no longer allow you to book further appointments. Lastly, all Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs more than 30 days after the initial scheduling date. Sincerely, True Beauty Esthetics ❤️
